  • Based on the Benchmarking brief Michael James Consulting will research the entire market to obtain the best solution from the best fit supplier for the Client

  • Confirm service levels are equal to or better than existing suppliers

  • Negotiate pricing on Client's behalf

  • Compile market findings report for Client

Presentation of findings
  • Present pricing and service levels from at least 2 suppliers

  • Confirm chosen supplier

  • Confirm value of future savings

  • Agree implementation plan and timescales

Implement and manage transition process 
  • Michael James Consulting will manage every step of the supplier transition process to Client satisfaction

  • Provide monthly Proof Of Savings statement 

  • Manage supplier relationship (Optional)

  • Continually monitor service levels and savings
